Cornerview: The Great Outdoors - East of England

These are some of the outdoors activities we enjoy in our little corner. Visiting the animals at the farm.

Walking or even taking a small rowing boat down the river.

that looks really cool. especially the den building in the woods! in regards to your question in the comment section at my blog...my boys and i are all three really enthusiastic about nature, but in the beginning i was always pointing little things out to them. constantly directing their attention to something happening, growing ,oozing :)... and then i let them take over and begin asking questions. now i don't need to do anything really. now they tell me about this, that and the other.

How fun! Did you go somewhere that hosts pond dipping?! I am going to see if we have pond dipping here...if not, then we'll just have to do it in the Chicago river!

Hi michelle. Yes the nature reserve organise the pond dipping; provides all the equipment etc. The kids love it!
